Founder & Managing Director · Working in search since 2011A note from the founder
I’m Urmil, Founder and Managing Director of RankAltitude. I began working in search in 2011, when ranking work looked very different from the trust-aware discipline it has become today.
Across those years, one lesson has remained consistent: shortcuts can create a quick report, but they rarely create a durable business advantage. Strong authority growth comes from choosing the right pages, earning credible third-party trust and learning honestly from the outcome.
RankAltitude brings that experience into one accountable system across managed link building, specialist industry outreach, digital PR and white-label delivery.
Our growth map
Each stage expanded the way we research, create, earn and measure authority—without losing the hands-on standards established at the beginning.
Hands-on organic-search work started with keyword research, content, technical fundamentals and the early realities of earning search visibility.
Research, outreach and reporting began moving into documented workflows so decisions could be repeated, reviewed and improved.
The work expanded beyond isolated links toward useful content, publisher relevance and credible reasons for third parties to cite a brand.
Strategy, content, prospecting, outreach and quality assurance developed into separate disciplines with shared campaign standards.
Target-page visibility, qualified enquiries and commercial context became the more useful way to judge whether authority work was helping.
Legal, healthcare and home improvement demanded deeper research, careful claims, local understanding and stronger review workflows.
Expert commentary, original data and useful stories were integrated with managed link building.
Fifteen years of practical learning now support a transparent authority-growth model built for specialist markets, agencies and ambitious brands.

They apply across legal, healthcare, home improvement, SaaS, ecommerce and every other market we assess.
The page, market and customer decision define the campaign before a delivery number is discussed.
Authority scores can guide investigation, but relevance, audience and editorial integrity make the decision.
Technology supports research and reporting; human judgment remains responsible for quality and context.
We document assumptions, progress and limitations instead of promising outcomes no agency controls.
Clients should understand priorities, live work, placement context and what the evidence suggests next.
Useful content, credible references and clear systems should become more valuable—not riskier—with time.
One team. Six link-building capabilities.
RankAltitude can deliver a focused service or coordinate multiple link-building campaigns around priority pages and markets.
